King <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Project: PA-1200255 (MS) <br /> District CEQA Reference No: 20130120 <br /> Dear Ms. King: <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (District) has reviewed the <br /> project referenced above consisting of a minor subdivision among three parcels to create <br /> four parcels and a designated remainder. Parcel 1 to contain 10 acres, parcel 2 to contain <br /> 30.61 acres, parcel 3 to contain 54.26 acres, parcel 4 to contain 50 acres, and the <br /> designated remainder to contain 45.46 acres. The division of land into individual parcels <br /> will not have an impact on air quality. However, if approved, future development will <br /> contribute to the overall decline in air quality due to construction activities, increased traffic, <br /> and ongoing operational emissions. The District offers the following comments: <br /> 1. Future development may require further environmental review and mitigation. Referral <br /> documents for those projects should include a project summary detailing, at a minimum, <br /> the land use designation, project size, and proximity to sensitive receptors and existing <br /> emission sources. <br /> 2.
