t p r <br /> I <br /> l <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-02-410 <br /> Wolf, et al <br /> E Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-02-410 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on October 8, 2002,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> r <br /> This approval will expire on April 8, 2004, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1 <br /> I: 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Kimberly Wallace,468-0816) <br /> 1 <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> September 12, 2002. <br /> 1. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil iEngineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, 6r a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> C. HOMESITE PARCEL RE5TRICTION: The subdivision restriction required as a condition of <br /> approval of Minor Subdivision No. MS-93-102 continues to apply to Parcel 1. The following note <br /> shall be included in the"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"and shall be recorded concurrently as a <br /> separate instrument. The separate instrument shall reference the instrument number on the"Notice <br /> of Lot Line Adjustment." <br /> (1) The property shown on this Lot Line Adjustment application as Parcel 1 is restricted from further <br /> subdivisionsfor homesite purposes, except for financing only, by Section 9-610.3 of the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> 2.
