CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0800078 <br /> Sambado <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0800078 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on August a, 2010,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will:expire on February 3, 2012, which .is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> M approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> F been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Contact Staff: John L. Funderburg, 468-3160) <br /> 1 <br /> a. APPROVAL- 'This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the <br /> revised site plan dated July 20, 2010, <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> DevelopmentDepartment. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Adt, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT WIDTH:.;Parcel One and Parcel Two shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet, measured at <br /> the front yard setback line. (Development Title Section 9-610.4) <br /> d. LOT SIZE: :.,.Parcel One and Parcel Two ,shall be a minimum of 40.00 gross acres in size. <br /> (Develop mentTitle Section 9-872.2 (e)) <br /> 2.
