The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromo hl <br /> oropropane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. Applicant shall uncover the existing trailer septic tank and expose the existing leach lines to <br /> verify they do not cross over proposed Parcels #1 and designated remainder property lines. <br /> This shall be completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the <br /> Environmental Health Department. The fee for the consultation permit is $244. <br /> E. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F.
