This proposed project is to subdivide three <br /> pard is totaling 231 acres into three parcels and a designated remainder parcel. Parcel one to <br /> contain a 5.0-acre home site. Parcel two to contain 72.0 acres. Parcel three to contain a 5.0-acre <br /> home site parcel. The Designated Remainder parcel will contain 149 acres. <br /> The Department has no objection to dividing the existing 231-acre parcel into-three parcels and <br /> one designated remainder parcel,however, we would like to review any future entitlement <br /> applications and site plans describing additional on site activities.
