The soil classified
as Columbia Fine Sandy Loam in this area have a moderately rapid permeability. The percolation
rate was between 10 to 42 min/in (See Appendix).
' 6.0 PERCO3—iON TEST INFORMATION SECTION
[ a
6.1 Site map showing the location, with concise and accurate dimensions of the
percolation test holes on the parcel: See Appendix.
6.2 The minim m number of shallow and deep percolation tests were perform for
each .celc Tw shallow percolation test holes were prepared. The shallow hole was prepared by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy on November 18, 2010,
Fat 7:00 a.m. On November 18, 2010 at 7:30 a.m. the 24 hours presoak period was started. The holes
were filled with 12 inches of water over the gravel at this time.
6.4 Description of the Date,Time and Condition of the Test Hole After the 24-Hour
F Soak Period (Hole Still Intact, Hole Dry,Depth to Water Remaining in Hole,Etc.):
On November 19, 2010 at 7:30 a.m. the two shallow test holes were dry. Six inches of water
was added to the holes and the holes were deemed suitable to continue. The shallow tests passed
Fjj the minimum County requirements.
6.5 The Test Conformed to San Joaquin County Policy EHD 02-02 (Correct Depth, diameter,
F 2" gravel, 6" water Refill, Correct Readings Recorded): The percolation test conformed
to San Joaquin County Policy EHD 02-02.
F6.6 Complete Percolation Test Form (Including Readings) Was Provided With REHS
Verification Signature.
