Podesta Lane and 22300, 22301 and 22,650 Frazier Road, <br /> Linden, CA 95236. The project is in an agricultural community. The addresses <br /> � 7921 and 8129 N. Podesta Lane and 22300 and 22301 Frazier Road are zoned/AG 40, <br /> while 22650 Frazier Road is zoned AG-80. The project parcel numbers are 060-01 <br /> and 03, 091-350-01, 091-330-08, and 065-240-04. <br /> l_F <br /> ' 1.2 Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create a 5 acre / <br /> Homesite Parcel, converting a 5 acre Financing Parcel to a Homesite Parcel, and creating a <br /> 72 acre parcel and a "Designated Remainder" parcel. <br /> 1.3 Parcel Vicinity Location Map: (See Appendix). <br />! 1.4 Site Ma See Appendix). <br /> P ( pp .) <br /> 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past,Present Uses at the Site to Assess Potential Problems: The present <br /> ! owners, Fred and Victor Podesta have owned 067-080-03, 091-350-01, 091-330-08 and <br /> 065-240-04 for 10+years. The past and present use of the property has been an orchard. The <br /> Podestas purchased APN 067-080-01 in 2007. They have extensive knowledge of the property <br /> as it is adjacent to the property they own. APN 067-080-01 has historically been used as grazing <br /> land. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 31—Description of Existing On-site Se i Tank Usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> &5 acre Homesite Parcel, convertinga-5.acil Financial Parcel to a Homesite Parcel, and creating a <br /> 7722 ,acre parcel and a "Designated Remain " parcel. The 5 acre parcels are already developed and <br /> have existing septic sstems. Research revealed a permit of the existing septic sstems. <br /> (See Appendix for permit). <br /> 3.2 Site Septic`Pe imr t History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed a permit for <br />� 091-350-01. (See Appendix for permit). <br /> 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History No, eptic permits have been issued for repair and <br /> no history of septic repair is available for subje6t parcels. <br /> 1 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in <br /> the general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> F pits. <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic-systems4n <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the-septic syst ms Y <br /> in this general area range in installation dates from 1981 to 2004�(Copies of permits <br /> are in appendix.) �__ <br />
