Podesta Lane and 22300, 22301 and 22,650 Frazier Road, <br /> Linden, CA 95236. The project is in an agricultural community. The addresses <br /> � 7921 and 8129 N. Podesta Lane and 22300 and 22301 Frazier Road are zoned/AG 40, <br /> while 22650 Frazier Road is zoned AG-80. The past and present use of the property has been an orchard. The <br /> Podestas purchased APN 067-080-01 in 2007. They have extensive knowledge of the property <br /> as it is adjacent to the property they own. APN 067-080-01 has historically been used as grazing <br /> land. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 31—Description of Existing On-site Se i Tank Usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> &5 acre Homesite Parcel, convertinga-5.acil Financial Parcel to a Homesite Parcel, and creating a <br /> 7722 ,acre parcel and a "Designated Remain " parcel. The 5 acre parcels are already developed and <br /> have existing septic sstems. Research revealed a permit of the existing septic sstems. <br /> (See Appendix for permit). <br /> 3.2 Site Septic`Pe imr t History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed a permit for <br />� 091-350-01.
