Wehrmeister: <br /> As a follow up to our most recent office conference, in connection <br /> with the above file, the following are our proposed additional <br /> conditions which would resolve the concerns previously expressed: <br /> 1 . prior to the effectiveness of the conditional use permit <br /> and/or the issuance of the required building permit, the applicant <br /> shall apply for, obtain and be in full compliance with all waste <br /> discharge requirements from the Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> This condition shall apply to both storm drainage and waste discharge. <br /> 2. The facility shall not be operated on the weekends which <br /> shall be between Friday night at 6: 00 p.m. until Monday morning at 6: 00 <br /> a.m. <br /> 3 . The facility shall not utilize or store more than two (2) <br /> propane tanks as necessary to service the forklifts utilized in the <br /> business operation. <br /> 4 . There shall be no renting out or leasing of any of the <br /> buildings or occupancy of the premises to separate businesses from the <br /> owner/applicants' business . <br />
