A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> f. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has <br /> addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site <br /> Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Staff Contact: Rodney Estrada, 468-0331) <br /> a. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study outlining all septic and processing waste must be <br /> performed prior to the issuance of building permits and/or approval of the final occupancy permits, as <br /> required by Development Title Section 9-1105.2(d).
