REVISION OF APPROVED ACTIONS APPLICATION <br /> LM NO. UP-00-10 OF STEVE GIKAS (C/O CALIFORNIA NUGGETS). <br /> A Revisions of Approved Actions application for an approved Use Permit <br /> to package almonds, corn, and walnuts for consumption. The request is to <br /> delete Conditions Lo. and l.p.,which require notice to certain parties <br /> when expanding the use of the buildings, in order to allow the relocation <br /> and expansion of Building No. I 1 to provide space for parking. Located <br /> on the west side of S. Frederick Avenue, 2400 feet north of West Ripon <br /> Road,Ripon(APN: 228-130-21; 23073 S. Frederick Avenue, Ripon. <br /> Leanne Mueller,Associate Planner; Steve Magazionvic, California Nuggets, and Brett Jolley, <br /> attorney, representing California Nuggets, were present for this item. <br /> Ms. Mueller introduced the project. Ms. Mueller informed the applicants that there have not <br /> been any letters of opposition at this time. <br /> Mr. Borges asked if the applicants had contacted the Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (RWQCB) to start the process to obtain the required permits. Mr. Magazionvic indicated that a <br /> gentleman from the RWQCB has inspected the pond. Mr. Borges reviewed the previous <br /> conditions of approval (memo of June 5, 2000). <br /> Mr.Neely indicated that all the previous conditions from the Public Works Department shall still <br /> apply. <br /> Mr. Martin indicated that the applicants are not permitted to operate under this use permit until <br /> all the conditions are met. Mr. Martin informed the applicant that they may operate under any <br /> previous use approvals. <br />
