UP-00-10 OF STEVE GIKAS (C/O CALIFORNIA NUGGETS). <br /> The applicant is requesting a Revision of Approved Actions to remove Conditions of <br /> Approval 1 o. and 1 p. that require special notice to certain parties when expanding the <br /> use or buildings. The revisions would allow the relocation and expansion of Building 11, <br /> which is part of the request. Building 11 is to be expanded from 2,006 sq. ft. to 3,750 sq. ft. <br /> The parcel is located on the west side of Frederick Avenue 2,400 feet north of West <br /> Ripon Road, Ripon. <br /> The application is tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on July <br /> 11, 2002. The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed <br /> Revision of Approved Actions for UP-00-10 and will be recommending that it be <br /> approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval. <br /> Use Permit Application No. UP-00-10 (revised) was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , <br /> which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of <br /> Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any <br /> building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application.
