f) LOADING: Fbnw loading spaces shall be provided. ich space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) g) LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: i) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed.
