CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-93-0012 <br /> Allan and Irene Bishop <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. <br /> Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor ' s Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a . A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to Surveyor ' s Office for <br /> review. ) (Development Title Section 9-872 . 4) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. On lot 14 construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> b. On lot 14 construct an individual domestic water well <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development.
