t <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-97-2 � <br /> Donald Shilling <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-2 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on February 20, 1997, which Is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied witi h prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Llne Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on August 22,1998,which Is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Llne Adjustment has been flied with and accepted by,'the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: 1 <br /> a. A `Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. ;t <br /> �F <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: # <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b.
