Fremont Street, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> B. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $190.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> D. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> E. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> F. Contact California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWWMB) and obtain a Tire <br /> Program Identification Number (TPID) prior to operating for information on used and waste <br /> tire manifesting. <br /> G. Contact the Environmental Health Department, Waste Tire Program staff at(209) 468-3420, <br /> prior to operating for information on used and waste tire manifesting. <br /> H. To haul more than 9 used or waste tires at a time the vehicle must be registered with the <br /> CIWMB as a waste tire hauler. <br /> MR d <br />
