APN: 143-280-29 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, <br /> are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, <br /> Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. <br /> These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is <br /> completed. <br /> Fremont Street has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width as required by Caltrans . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application. (The fee currently is $159 . 10 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) A credit for the existing residence will be allowed if <br /> it can be verified it has been occupied since April 23 , 1990 . <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 <br /> and R-96-592) <br />
