Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, <br /> the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> NOTE: West of the existing bath/shower facility lays the permitted septic system (Permit# 90- <br /> 1378), dated June 14, 1990. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Sewage <br /> Standards, no parking of vehicles can be permitted in this area. <br /> B. Applicant shall make application 45 days prior to intended occupancy and receive a permit to <br /> operate a farm labor housing facility with the Environmental Health Department. Applicant <br /> will need to provide plans for the bath/shower facility and laundry facility and pay applicable <br /> fees (California Code of Regulations, Title 25). <br /> C. Applicant shall contact the State Department of Housing and Community Development in <br /> regards to permitting the proposed Recreational Vehicle use. <br /> e <br /> r -IS-os <br />
