The driveway approach on Cardinal Avenue shall be improved in accordance with the requirements <br /> of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact. Raymond Borges, 468-3284) <br /> a. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so <br /> it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall <br /> incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> NOTE: West of the existing bath/shower facility lays the permitted septic system (Permit #90- <br /> 1378), dated June 14, 1990. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards, no <br /> parking of vehicles can be permitted in this area. <br /> b. The applicant shall make application 45 days prior to intended occupancy and receive a permit to <br /> operate a farm labor housing facility with the Environmental Health Department. Applicant will need <br /> to provide plans for the bath/shower facility and laundry facility and pay applicable fees (California <br /> Code of Regulations, Title 25). <br /> c.
