APN: 101-230-19 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Highway 26 (Fremont Street) has an existing right-of-way <br /> width of 80 feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,996. 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Service Commercial" <br /> in the Stockton area. The fee will be reduced by the credit <br /> of $1, 102 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building for the <br /> former use of "Manufacturing" . The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction <br /> Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304, R-91-1025) <br /> 2 .
