The Community Development Department has reviewed the <br /> project and responses from other agencies and will be recommending approval of the <br /> Use Permit subject to the following conditions of approval. <br /> Use Permit Application No. was approved by the Planning Commission on . This Plan must show drainage, driveway access <br /> details including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, signs, fencing, existing and <br /> proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST" for <br /> details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for the meeting of up to 35 people for religious <br /> assembly in an existing 500-square-foot structure as shown on the Site Plan dated <br /> April 19, 2004. (Use Type: Religious Assembly-Neighborhood) <br /> c. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the <br /> required permits, the following timeframe shall apply: <br /> (1) Grading Permit plans shall be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date of <br /> approval. <br /> (2) The Grading Permit shall be secured (issued) within sixty (60) days from the <br /> date of approval. <br /> (3) All Conditions of Approval shall be completed within 180 days from the issuance <br /> of the Grading Permit. <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site <br /> 2 <br />
