E. Construction of sewage�sposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the soil <br /> suitability/nitrate loading findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 <br /> & 9-1110.4) <br /> Note: If the soil suitability/nitrate loading findings indicate the special design or location of <br /> the sewage disposal systems, applicant is required to state on revised site plans the maximum <br /> number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In <br /> addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall <br /> incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. Submit revised site plan <br /> to the Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of <br /> building permit(s). A $190.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> F. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $190.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> G. Construction of water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connection exceed four, a yearly permit <br /> to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial,managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22 and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> H. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> I. If hazardous waste is generated, application must submit application for a hazardous waste <br /> permit from the Environmental Health Department and obtain an EPA identification number <br /> from State of California Department of Toxic Substance Control. <br />
