Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit a revised site plan or map to the Environmental Health Department showing the <br /> location of the existing septic system(s) and the proposed septic system for the new storage <br /> building restroom prior to issuance of a building permit(s) as required by ordinance <br /> requirements (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4). In addition, show on <br /> revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, <br /> or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, <br /> and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the <br /> percolation test findings (San Joaquin County Development Title; Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> - <br /> 1110.4). <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> County. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as determined by the percolation test, <br /> are required prior to the Environmental Health Department approval. A permit for the <br /> percolation tests must be obtained from the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> C. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />
