Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. Submit a revised site plan or map to the Environmental Health Department showing the location of the existing septic system(s) and the proposed septic system for the new storage building restroom prior to issuance of a building permit(s) as required by ordinance requirements (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4). In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the percolation test findings (San Joaquin County Development Title; Section 9-1110.3 & 9- 1110.4). - 1110.4). The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin County. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the Environmental Health Department approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained from the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). C. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6).
