Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study, <br /> incorporating number of proposed staff and proposed clients and indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permits <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is <br /> required, and a review fee of$445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The study should attempt to identify the specialized type of waste(s)that could be <br /> generated(i.e.: hospital wastes) from this facility. <br /> B. The project shall be served by a packaged sewer collection and treatment system constructed <br /> in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department and California Regional Water Quality Control Board. A waste water treatment <br /> plant study acceptable to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department is <br /> required prior to the approval of the improvements plans of any work within the site (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> 4 <br /> Page 1 of 2 FUP <br /> ,/ <br />
