Dec. <br /> Project Description <br /> This project is to establish a drug and alcohol treatment group facility for the Native American community <br /> in two (2) phases over a five(5)year period. The group care facility intends to provide job4raining <br /> services with an agricultural emphasis as part of the rehabilitation program. The 90-day rehabilitation <br /> program is followed by a transitional program,which is also typically a 90-day program (Use Type: Group <br /> Care-Farm Related). The transitional program provides aid to residents who have recently completed the <br /> treatment program and need to find jobs and establish employment history. <br /> There are two (2) parcels associated with the project, a 40-acre parcel and a 100-acre parcel. All <br /> construction will occur on the 40-acre parcel. The 100-acre parcel will be solely used for farming. The <br /> facility will accommodate a maximum of eighty-four(84) beds upon completion of Phase Il. The facility <br /> will employ a total of twenty-five(25)workers who will work during three (3) separate shifts on a 24-hour <br /> basis. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approval.
