An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way- <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standards CW-C 11 or CW-C 12 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. Dedication to result in a 42-foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of French Camp Road to the <br /> property line shall be required across the frontage of APN 177-100-07 and 177-100-31. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4. The frontage improvements for French Camp Road shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of an 84-foot right-of-way Minor Arterial street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of <br /> Improvement Plan. (A$410.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title <br /> Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage <br /> improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works for approval. As an <br /> option, the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee <br /> of$175.00.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$ 1,206.00 per 1000 gross <br /> square foot of building designated as Office/or$182.82 per daily trip-end generated in the <br /> Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee <br /> is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is $530.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Office. The fee shall be automatically increased <br /> on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 8. Applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)permit from the State <br /> Water Resources Control Board prior to the beginning of any construction. <br />
