(6) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10-1 of <br /> Volume 2. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS(Staff Contact: D. Trueman Phillips, 468-3000) <br /> a. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standards CW-C11 or CW-C12 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> c. Dedication to result in a 42-foot-wide right-of-way from the centerline of French Camp Road to the <br /> property line shall be required across the frontage of APN's 177-100-07 and 177-100-31. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> d. The frontage improvements for French Camp Road shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of an 84-foot-wide right-of-way Minor Arterial street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to the estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. A$410.00 fee currently is required for processing, per Development Title Table <br /> 9-240.2, in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage <br /> improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option, <br /> Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of$175.00. The fee due will <br /> be based on the current fee schedule. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> e. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$1,206.00 per 1000 gross square feet <br /> of building designated as Office or$182.82 per daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> f. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is <br /> due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is$530.00 per 1000 <br /> gross square feet of building designated as Office. The fee shall be automatically increased on <br /> January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-818.4 and Resolution R-97-5) <br /> g. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> h. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. A Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> i. The applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan permit from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board prior to the beginning of any construction. <br /> j. The applicant shall submit a Notice of Intent to the Regional Water Quality Control Board for <br /> coverage under the State's general NPDES permit.
