The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee.will be required when the parcels are developed. The <br /> fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is <br /> $2,175.00 per single-family dwelling unit in the Manteca area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July i of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record.
