(3) Adequate maneuvering and parking areas of automobiles and trucks shall be located on the site <br /> of the truck terminal. (Development Title Section 9-505.7) <br /> (4) Aisles between truck parking areas shall be a minimum of fifty-five(55)feet wide. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.6[d][2]) <br /> i. SIGNS: A maximum of two advertising signs, only one of which maybe a free-standing sign, shall <br /> be permitted for the approved use (Development Title Section 9-1710.4). Sign details shall be <br /> consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. All <br /> portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from any future right-of-way line, <br /> including any corner cut-off(snipe). (Development Title Section 9-1 710.2[g]) <br /> j. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: <br /> (1) Noise levels of trucks entering and leaving the truck terminal shall comply with the California <br /> Vehicle Code sections regarding noise. (Development Title Section 9-505.6[b]) <br /> (2) Noise levels at the property line shall be no greater than 65 dB Ldn. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-505.6[c]) <br /> k. FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of public water mains(Appendix III-A <br /> of the Uniform Fire Code).or static water supply(NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code). <br /> (2) Fire hydrants shall be supplied in accordance with Appendix III-B of the Uniform Fire Code. <br /> (3) Fire protection systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code and <br /> the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code and <br /> the California Electrical Code. <br /> (4) All valves controlling the water supply for automatic fire sprinkler systems and water-flow <br /> switches shall be monitored in accordance with Section 904.3.1 of the California Fire Code. <br /> (5) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (6) Fire department access to buildings shall be in accordance with Section 902.4. A knox box(key <br /> box)shall be installed according to fire department instructions. <br /> (7) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code,Volume 2, Standard <br /> 10-1. <br /> (8) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property.
