(3) Adequate maneuvering and parking areas of automobiles and trucks shall be located on the site of the truck terminal. (Development Title Section 9-505.7) (4) Aisles between truck parking areas shall be a minimum of fifty-five(55)feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[d][2]) i. SIGNS: A maximum of two advertising signs, only one of which maybe a free-standing sign, shall be permitted for the approved use (Development Title Section 9-1710.4). Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off(snipe). (Development Title Section 9-1 710.2[g]) j. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: (1) Noise levels of trucks entering and leaving the truck terminal shall comply with the California Vehicle Code sections regarding noise. FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of public water mains(Appendix III-A of the Uniform Fire Code).or static water supply(NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code). (2) Fire hydrants shall be supplied in accordance with Appendix III-B of the Uniform Fire Code. (3) Fire protection systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code and the California Electrical Code. (4) All valves controlling the water supply for automatic fire sprinkler systems and water-flow switches shall be monitored in accordance with Section 904.3.1 of the California Fire Code. (5) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. (6) Fire department access to buildings shall be in accordance with Section 902.4. A knox box(key box)shall be installed according to fire department instructions. (7) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code,Volume 2, Standard 10-1.
