c. Construct a water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division prior to <br /> occupancy. The well location shall be 100 feet from both on-site ponds. Should the number of non- <br /> resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year,or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four,a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. (Development Title 22, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9) <br /> The suppliermust possess adequate financial,managerial,and technical capability to ensure <br /> delivery of pure,wholesome,and potable drinking water in accordance with DevelopmentTitle <br /> Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9,CCR, Title 22, and Health and Safety Code Sections 116525 <br /> through 116570. <br /> d. If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an <br /> above-ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A registered engineer must <br /> design this system. The material collected in the above-ground holding system must be analyzed for <br /> hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements maybe obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. A$156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. If the <br /> on-site wash-water evaporation pond is utilized for truck washing,Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board requirements must be obtained prior to occupancy. <br /> e. If hazardous waste is generated,the applicant must obtain an EPA identification numberand comply <br /> with applicable regulations. <br /> f. If hazardous material is stored on the site, the applicant must registerwith the County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> g. Refuse,garbage,and other solid waste material must be stored, removed,and transported to an <br /> approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-2400. <br /> 4. CALIFORNIA STATE DEPARTMENT OFFISH AND GAME <br /> a. CALIFORNIA ENDANGERED SPECIES ACT: In carrying out the operations of the project, the <br /> applicantshall take no action that violates the provisions of the California Endangered Species Actor <br /> any other laws or regulations pertaining to the protection of the Swainson's hawk. Compliance with <br /> said laws shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant, and the applicant agrees to indemnify, <br /> defend, and hold the County harmless from and against any claim or action by affected State <br /> agencies as to the project's compliance with said laws. <br /> San Joaquin County GP-99-11, ZR-00-4, UP-00-41Cabrai <br /> Community Development <br />
