2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> I). The frontage improvements for French Camp Road shall be constructed in conformance <br /> with the standards for one-half of an 84-foot-wide right-of-way Minor Arterial Street across <br /> Parcel 3, as shown on Lot Line Adjustment No. LA-95-29. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to the estimated construction <br /> costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. A $260.00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing, per Development Title Table 9-240.2, in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed <br /> and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared <br /> by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by <br /> the Department of Public Works and submitted to Public Works for approval. As an <br /> option, Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of <br /> $115.00. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $966.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as'Warehouse' or$197.91 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-174) <br /> d. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is <br /> $116.00 per 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as 'Warehouse.' The fee <br /> shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the <br /> rate of 7.66 percent. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolution R-91-327) <br /> e. Lot Line Adjustment No. LA-95-29 shall be complete prior to processing the Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement and issuance of the building permit. <br /> 3. PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC: <br /> a. PG&E owns and maintains a 12-kv underground electric distribution line in the vicinity of <br /> the proposed extension.
