Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> 6 San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of final map or letter of approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for <br /> and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utility lines. Also show <br /> a 100% expansion area for the sewage disposal system and the <br /> well location for each parcel. <br /> c. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Pill\- Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should the <br /> number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number Of service connections exceed <br /> four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under <br /> the provisions of Title 22 , CCR, will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> e. If floor drains are required or exist, they must be plumbed <br /> through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground <br /> system approved by the Environmental Health Division.
