French Camp Road <br /> Manteca, CA 95336 <br /> Attention: Mr. George Lagorio <br /> Subject: SEPTIC SYSTEM SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> PROPOSED ACE TOMATO PROPERTY PARCEL SPLIT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> Presented in this report are the results of our septic system <br /> suitability study performed for the proposed parcel split of the <br /> Ace Tomato property. The property is located at 2771 E. French <br /> Camp Road, north of Manteca in San Joaquin County, California. A <br /> plot plan and vicinity map showing the approximate location of the <br /> property are presented on Plate I . <br /> We understand that the proposed parcel split will consist of <br /> splitting an approximate 5 . 3-acre parcel (Lot 6) off of the total <br /> approximate 46 . 5-acre property. Two existing buildings of the Ace <br /> Tomato facility are located on the proposed 5 . 3-acre parcel and <br /> will remain. We understand that a septic system is also located <br /> on the 5 . 3-acre parcel . Additional details of the proposed <br /> project are not known to our firm at this time. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323 , Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section <br /> 9-10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our <br /> proposal dated June 19 , 1991. Our services were initiated based <br /> on your written authorization of June 20, 1991. The items listed <br /> under Item C of the above ordinance are listed below, along with <br /> our responses. <br /> ITEM C-1 AND C-4 • <br /> "The intensity and extent of the existing and the proposed <br /> development on septic tanks within and around the area; " (C-1) . <br /> "The history of past uses in the project area to assess potential <br /> problems ;" (C-4) : <br /> Reference is made to Plate I of this report which shows the <br /> location of the Ace Tomato property.
