The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. " The fee can be exempted if the <br /> building floor area addition is 200 square feet or less. <br /> The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of <br /> each year at the rate of 6. 9 percent. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and <br /> shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than 20' (feet) from a property <br /> line shall be of one-hour, fire-resistive <br /> construction. <br /> (2) The existing building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system. <br /> (3) The proposed use will change the occupancy from an <br /> H-4 occupancy to an H-7 occupancy (U.B.C. Section <br /> 502) . The structure must be brought into <br /> compliance with all current code provisions <br /> including structural, plumbing, mechanical, <br /> electrical, energy, and handicap requirements. <br /> (4) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br />
