SA-92-57 OF ACE TOMATO <br /> COMPANY, INC. (C/O DAVE MATHEWS) <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to use an existing <br /> building at Ace Tomato to store agricultural equipment and <br /> pesticides for custom, off-site application. The property is <br /> located on the north side of French Camp Road, 700 feet east of <br /> Union Road, north of Manteca. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. This approval shall be for the storage of agricultural <br /> equipment and pesticides for custom, off-site <br /> application. The approved use shall be located within an <br /> existing 6 , 00-square foot building located in the <br /> southeast corner of APN 177-100-25. There shall be no <br /> on-site retail sales associated with the approved use. <br />
