1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel located at 2945 E. French Camp Road, Manteca, California 95336. The project is in an agricultural community and is zoned AG-40. The ' project parcel number is 177-100-05. Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create a 9 acre parcel and a ' 'Designated Remainder" parcel. 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). 1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). ' 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE• 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The primary source of ' information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner. He was interviewed October, 2017. The present owner has owned this property for 10+ years. The past and present uses of the property have been for agricultural purposes. The parcels will continue to be used for agriculture and ' developed with an approved onion packing shed. 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION• 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create a 9 acre parcel and a "Designated Remainder parcel. If the parcels are residentially developed, a septic system ' will be required and built per the San Joaquin County requirements. There are no plans to develop the proposed parcels at this time. 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed permits for this parcel. There is an old septic system on the site. ' 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no history of Repair History for the existing septic system. (See Appendix) 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the general area consists of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage pits. t3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range in installation dates from 1957 to 2012. (Copies of permits are in index.) ' 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in this area reveal that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring ' performance.
