1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel located at 2945 E. French Camp Road, <br /> Manteca, California 95336. The project is in an agricultural community and is zoned AG-40. The <br /> ' project parcel number is 177-100-05. <br /> Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create a 9 acre parcel and a <br /> ' 'Designated Remainder" parcel. <br /> 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br /> ' 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE• <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The primary source of <br /> ' information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner. He was interviewed October, <br /> 2017. The present owner has owned this property for 10+ years. The past and present uses of the <br /> property have been for agricultural purposes. The parcels will continue to be used for agriculture and <br /> ' developed with an approved onion packing shed. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION• <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create a 9 acre <br /> parcel and a "Designated Remainder parcel. If the parcels are residentially developed, a septic system <br /> ' will be required and built per the San Joaquin County requirements. There are no plans to develop the <br /> proposed parcels at this time. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed permits for this <br /> parcel. There is an old septic system on the site. <br /> ' 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no history of Repair History for the existing <br /> septic system. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consists of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. <br /> t3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br /> permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range <br /> in installation dates from 1957 to 2012. (Copies of permits are in index.) <br />' 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in <br /> this area reveal that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring <br />' performance.
