f. AVIGATION EASEMENT: An avigation easement shall be recorded in favor of the Airport. <br /> (DevelopmentTitle Section 1610..8[a]) <br /> g. UNIFORM BULDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Community Development Departmentfor a building permit: <br /> (1) Exterior walls of the existing building less than twenty (20) feet from a property line shall be of <br /> one-hour, fire-resistive construction if such protection does not exist. Openings will not be <br /> permitted less than five(5)feet and protected less than ten (10)feet. <br /> (2) The existing portable structures must be brought into compliance with all current code provisions <br /> including structural,plumbing,mechanical,electrical,energy and disabled access requirements. <br /> (3) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> (4) Dry wells shall not be permitted for storm drainage requirements. <br /> 2.
