CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1700150 (LA) <br /> SAN BERNABE VINEYARDS, LLCIQUARTAROLI&ASSOCIATES <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1700150 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on August 22, 2017, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on February 21, 2019, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Stephanie Stowers, 468-9653) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment application among four parcels as shown on <br /> the site plan dated July 24, 2017. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Alex Chetley, [209]468-3000, see memo dated <br /> August 2, 2017) <br /> NOTES AND INFORMATION ONLY: <br /> See San Joaquin Council of Governments A.L.U.C. letter dated August 11, 2017. <br /> See South San Joaquin Irrigation District letter dated August 7, 2017. <br /> Access to these parcels is not created by this Lot Line Adjustment.
