Owner shall <br /> adhere to the terms and conditions of the Purchase and Sale Agreement between SSJID and <br /> Owner. <br /> When property boundaries are changed, it is likely to affect the current method of water billing <br /> and water delivery. In some cases,the District will no longer be able to provide irrigation <br /> service unless certain provisions are made to extend or relocate facilities to accommodate the <br /> newly established parcels.
