Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, Article 4, <br /> Section 13260). <br /> 1 <br /> B. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on <br /> revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, <br /> or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, <br /> and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> C. Regarding any septic systems prosposed to be abandoned; open, pump, and backfill the septic <br /> tank(s) seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
