A licensed architect or registered engineer shall prepare all documents. <br /> 2) Provide parking for the physically disabled. In addition, show on revised plans <br /> that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> c) Regarding any septic systems proposed to be abandoned, open, pump, and backfill the septic <br /> tank(s) seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> d) Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> e) Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> 3.
