A licensed architect or registered engineer shall prepare all documents. <br /> 2) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as possible <br /> to the primary entrance. (C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> 3) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the"tow away"sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 4) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed''/<inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 5) Provide one van parking space. <br /> 6) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R., Title 24) Uniform <br /> Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. <br /> 7) Engineered plans required for new structures, occupancy change, accessible restrooms and <br /> parking. <br /> 8) All recommendations of the Subdivision Soils Report shall be incorporated into the construction <br /> drawings. <br /> 2. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Ted Tasiopoulos, 209-953-7698) <br /> a) An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development(California Water Code, Article 4, <br /> Section 13260). <br /> b) Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum number <br /> of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans <br /> that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> c) Regarding any septic systems proposed to be abandoned, open, pump, and backfill the septic <br /> tank(s) seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> d) Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> e) Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> 3. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Alex Chetley, 209-468-3023) <br /> a) The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from <br /> discharging onto other properties (this can be waived subject to providing a recorded storm <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3- PA-1100224 <br />
