Our previous
comments (letter dated January 4, 1994) are still valid; however, conditions of approval of the project are as
fol.ows:
The site plan should be revised to reflect the tentative on-loop and off-ramp interchange improvements
proposed by the City of Stockton.
The layout of the project should identify a permanent driveway(ultimate right-in/right-out) located at least
200-feet away from the new off-ramp intersection at Val Dervin Parkway.
As an option, an internal road system could be developed to provide a rear connection to the adjacent
Yetner Road (see attached site plan showing both the proposed interchange improvements and existing
cul-de-sac) to the south accessing French Camp Road back to the freeway.
If you have any questions or need further information, please contact Chris Sayre at (209) 948-7142.
Sincerely,
MITCHELL W.
