COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> MS-93-113 <br /> 3 . All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910. 20) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $ 3, 612. 00 per single family dwelling unit in the Manteca <br /> area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record. ) (Resolution R-90-304, R-91-1025) <br /> 5. Fifty (501 ) foot right-of-way dedication shall be required for <br /> Castle Road with an 1, 175 foot radius segment on the east side <br /> of north angle point and a segment parallel to and 25 feet <br /> from road centerline at south end. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-860. 4) <br /> 6. Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public <br /> roadway shall be improved in accordance with the requirements <br /> of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County <br /> Standards F-la, F-lb, & F-lc and the Manteca-Lathrop Fire <br /> District prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 7 .
