The above referenced parcel is excluded from the Irrigation District,even though it is surrounded <br /> by land that is within the District. As such, the parcel is not entitled to receive District water. <br /> The map should clearly denote that this property is not entitled to irrigation from the District, <br /> unless it can be annexed to the District. <br /> 2. The property is encumbered by two District facilities. The owner shall grant easements of <br /> sufficient width for all District facilities which may exist on subject property to serve as a <br /> replacement for any prescriptive and/or unrecorded easements that are present. All existing <br /> recorded or newly dedicated District easements shall be shown and identified on the survey map <br /> prior to its recording. Ifa map is not required,easements shall be recorded by separate instrument <br /> concurrent with the recordation of new deeds. <br /> 3. Owner shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from District for fencing or any other proposed <br /> encroachments of District easements resulting from the proposed parcel split.
