GENERAL INFORMATION This facility is a 6 horse boarding operation year round. Please see site plan provided for general description. The wind blows spring to fall from northwest to southeast. From late fall to early spring the prevailing winds blow southeast to northwest. MANURE MANAGEMENT Manure management consists of animals boarding at this facility which is six. Manure management will consist of daily stall cleaning in, which will be removal of manure & small amount of wood shavings used for bedding. The amount generated per day will be 5 cubic feet in which will be 20% bedding. This collection of manure and bedding will be dry,less then 50%moisture. This mixture will be transported with a will barrow to a mill creek manure spreader. This has a capacity of 16 cubic feet that will spread over the pastures as needed. Manure storage area is within existing barn. Which has a concrete floor cinder block wall and metal roof for storage when weather is not permitting for spread. No ponds, creeks or lagoons on site. SOLID WASTE(REFUSE,GARBAGE AND DEAD ANIMAL)MANAGEMENT Sunset waste management provides local weekly trash pick up. Dead animal is owners' responsibility for disposal. No deaths are for seen at this time. FEEDING OPERATION Feeding operation consist of alfalfa. VECTOR CONTROLE Vector control will consist of fly predator, bait traps and fly strips. To address sewage disposal we currently have a commercial building that has been approved for commercial use. This building has bathrooms and full septic system to address number of users. There will be 6 boarder and no employees. Jeff and Dorinda Reedy is owner and will operate business. To address leach field this area is part of our private space and will not be used by boarders it will not be parked on or driven on nor will it be use for storage or any other uses. We have provided parking for our boarders. /J - 4
