(209)468-3455 <br /> RE: SA-01-75,Attention Jennifer Jolley <br /> 690 West Frewert Road,Lathrop <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading <br /> study for hogs/animal waste indicating that the area is suitable for the usage number of <br /> animals proposed. This study must be performed prior to issuance of building permit (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required <br /> and a review fee of$445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> B. A manure management plan submitted to Environmental Health Division on March 26, 2001, <br /> needs an addendum to specifically address issues related to a feed lot operation versus a short <br /> term holding area for hogs, sheep and goats. A review fee of$178.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> • Install sanitary seal. <br /> • Install cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently <br /> and the integrity of well grout. <br /> D. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area for the commercial coach.
