d. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (DevelopmentTitle Sections <br /> 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> e. If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an <br /> aboveground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A registered engineer must <br /> design this system. The material collected in the aboveground holding system must be analyzed for <br /> hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. A$156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> f. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central <br /> Valley Region,prior to development. (Water Code,Article 5, Section 13280) <br /> g. Refuse,garbage,and other solid waste material must be stored, removed,and transported to an <br /> approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-2400. <br /> h. A Waste and Manure Management Plan is required prior to issuance of any permits. The waste plan <br /> shall address guts, hides, hoofs,all other animal parts, and their end disposal. The Manure <br /> Management Plan shall detail how manure will be handled. <br /> i. The applicant shall provide a Water Management Plan for removal of the salt in the ponds should the <br /> ponds become salted. <br /> 4. MANTECA-IATHROPFIRE DISTRICT (Staff Contact: J. R. Monty, 858-2331) <br /> a. The project must conform with the appropriate edition of the Uniform Fire Code(currently,the 1997 <br /> edition)and all related standards. <br /> b. Fire Department Facility Fees are to be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> and Resolution adopting the fee schedule($0.14 per sq. ft.). <br /> c. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or storage of building materials, <br /> requirementsfor emergency vehicle access and adequate water for fire suppression shall be <br /> provided in accordancewith Sections 901.3,902.2.1,903.2,and 8704 of the 1994 Uniform Fire <br /> Code. <br /> d. The fire access road shall meet standards of the San Joaquin County Departmentof Public Works. <br /> e. A Knox Box security key box shall be provided.
