The review was performed to determine if changes in the building <br /> size required the Order to be amended. I have reviewed the information presented in your transmittal <br /> and discussed the issue with Mr. Richard Stagno. Based on the determinations presented below the <br /> Order does not need to be amended. <br /> • Additional rainwater collected by the buildings will be diverted to the storm water retention <br /> ponds consistent with the Order. <br /> • Wastewater effluent will not exceed the Order limits. The additional floor space will be used as <br /> storage and will not generate additional wastewater flow. <br /> • The locations of the waste water pond and the storm water pond will not change. <br /> If you have any questions on this information please call me at (916) 255-3116. <br /> TIMOTHY R.
