BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-95-198 <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF THE CITY OF LATHROP, LATHROP MAYOR <br /> BENNIE GATTO AND LARRY K. MATLOCK OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S <br /> APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND USE PERMIT APPLICATION <br /> #UP-94-14 OF HAYRES EGG FARMS (C/O RICHARD STAGNO) . <br /> WHEREAS, on February 2 , 1995, the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 25, 1995, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing <br /> was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence <br /> having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and <br /> this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that said appeal be, and it hereby is, denied and Use Permit <br /> Application No. UP-94-14 hereby is approved subject to the attached <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 1995, by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: SIMAS, SOUSA, CABRAL, MARENCO, BARBER <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> GEORGE L.
