The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July l of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 3. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the thne <br /> of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 6. Prepare and implement a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP)meeting the requirements of the <br /> State Water Resources Control Board(SWRCB).Applicant shall file a Notice of Intent(NO[)with the <br /> SWRCB and comply with the State"General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with <br /> Construction Activity".The Waste Discharge Identification Number(WDID), issued by SWRCB,shall be <br /> submitted to Public Works for file.Permit Registration Documents(PRD)shall be filed with the SWRCB. <br /> A copy of the approved SWPPP and all required records, updates,test results and inspection reports shall be <br /> maintained on the construction site and be available for review upon request. <br /> 7. The applicant shall comply with the State Water Resources Control Board General Order No.97-03-DWQ, <br /> "General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Industrial Activities Excluding <br /> Construction Activities". The WDID for the Industrial General Permit issued by SWRCB shall be <br /> submitted to Public Works for file. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&Vector Control District <br /> (209-982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes.Best <br /> Management Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices,ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii.) All finhue building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9,Chapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance.
