BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> R-17-36 <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL BY HAVEN ACRES RIVER CLUB AND <br /> UPHOLDING THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S APPROVAL OF USE PERMIT <br /> APPLICATION NO. PA-1600212 OF JAMES SANCHEZ (C/O BAUMBACH& <br /> PIAZZA/HARVEST POWER) <br /> - - - - - - - - -- - - - <br /> WHEREAS, on January 5, 2017, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> considered Use Permit application No.PA-1600212 of James Sanchez (c/o Baumbach& <br /> Piazza/Harvest Power); <br /> WHEREAS, on January 13, 2017,Haven Acres River Club appealed the Planning <br /> Commission's approval of Use Permit application No. PA-1600212 to the Board of Supervisors; <br /> WHEREAS, on February 28, 2017, the Board of Supervisors did continue the matter; <br /> WHEREAS, on April 11, 2017, the Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on <br /> the Appeal, notice of which was given in accordance with the law, and oral and documentary <br /> evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said Appeal, and this Board of <br /> Supervisors being advised on the matter; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that said Appeal <br /> be, and it hereby is,denied, and Use Permit Application No.PA-1600212 is approved based on <br /> the attached Conditions of Approval and the following additional conditions. <br /> 1. The facility entrance gate shall open prior to operation to allow trucks to park on-site <br /> rather than in the public right-of-way. <br /> 2.
